Antoinette Raymond PhD

Behavioural and Business Scientist, Organisational Psychologist and Leader Coach

Part scientist, part 15-year-old geek, Antoinette is everything you wouldn’t expect if you only looked at the letters after her name.  With degrees in industrial, organisational psychology and business administration Antoinette has a kick ass, make it happen growth mindset.  She is a specialist at re-engineering complex multinational organisations, balancing the drive for business success with the psychology of individuals and teams.

Antoinette embodies the Saker Lynd & Co spirit of questioning, encouraging, inspiring and instilling change. A global expert in embedding creativity, innovation and responsible, motivational leadership in the modern workplace, Antoinette has over 25 years consulting experience, working with executives and teams in organisations ranging from finance and banking, hi-tech/bio-tech, IT, consumer goods, healthcare, government, retail, academic/university, to professional services.

Key areas of expertise include: 

  • Assessment and development of leaders and executives
  • Management of organisation-wide changes
  • Facilitation of organisational strategic planning and implementation
  • Design, implementation, and analysis of diagnostic surveys and other evaluation tools in the areas of employee and customer attitudes/satisfaction and productivity.

Antoinette co-created People On-Line, a web-based learning resource used by a number of UN aid agencies.  She was part of the team that developed the coaching model Focus for Results aimed at providing business leaders with a structured roadmap for managing change.

Antoinette regularly serves on the boards and committees of a variety of profit and not-for-profit organisations.  Recently, she was a member of the Board of Directors for ARTS: A Reason To Survive, a nationally recognized organisation which provides disenfranchised youth an avenue to realize their full potential through the arts and creative expression.  Additionally, she sat on the USS Midway Museum’s Inclusion and Diversity Committee.  Her passion for teaching has had her make time to be an Associate Professor for the psychology department at the University of San Diego and the Graduate Schools at USD, CSPP and University of Phoenix.  She was also the Director of the Leadership and Management Program for Scientists and Engineers at the UCSD Extension Department of Business and Management Education.

Don’t be surprised by the accent. Antoinette is an American Filipino Spanish person living in London.  She is known for her direct, but balanced viewpoint, energetic presentation style and her direct, real and relatable approach to executive coaching.  She’ll want to be on your team and, we reckon, you’ll want her to be on yours.

Giles Raymond MA MSc

Business Psychologist, Behavioural Scientist, Executive Team Strategist & Coach

Ever learning and always insightful, Giles balances established best practice with a progressive approach to driving businesses and capabilities forward.  He is a specialist at aligning organisations and teams around their business purpose and goals, equipping them with the culture, behaviours and practical strategies needed to compete and win in today’s changing global landscape.

Educated as a psychologist at Christ’s College, Cambridge and University College, London, Giles brings over 25 years of expertise advising financial services, energy, retail, IT, telecoms, manufacturing, government, chemical, medical and news group clients across Europe, Middle East, Asia, North and South America, as well as South Africa.

Key areas of expertise include:

  • Facilitation of strategic planning and implementation
  • Design and integration of organisational practices in support of business goals and culture
  • Assessment and development of executive and team potential
  • Working with mid size organisations as an interim executive helping get them fit for purpose

Giles has created many assessments, surveys and tools for use in client organisations, as well as developing Saker Lynd & Co’s own models and assessments:

With the capacity to turn the semblance of an idea into reality, Giles is passionate about enabling his clients to achieve their potential.  Over the years, he has advised global startups and VC groups on organisational development and worked with the boards of a number of nonprofits. He is also a trained mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center in the US, a skill that brings an added dimension to team and talent management.

Giles is known for being objective and balanced in his analysis.  An engaging and humorous facilitator, he is direct, but always constructive in his feedback and coaching.  His emotional perceptiveness combined with real breadth and depth of business experience, allow him to provide forward looking advice to senior executives, their teams and their businesses.  The calm in chaos, he will inspire you to be better than you could imagine.
